Successful candidates will enjoy working with the public and be able to answer questions to prospective residents via telephone, email and in person regarding the property and its attributes and features.
They must have high energy to be capable of the multi-tasking necessary in a busy office environment.
Many of the daily duties will involve contact with existing residents and working on resident retention strategies and programs.
Experience in retail/consumer sales is beneficial.
This individual will have excellent communication skills (verbal and written), possess a pleasing telephone and interpersonal manner and demeanor, and will have excellent sales skills.
The candidate must have a clear criminal background history and be able to pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screening as a condition of employment.
They must also possess a valid and clear Driver's License and have a reliable form of daily transportation.
Knowledge of federal, state and local Fair Housing Laws is also a plus.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook is a must.
