Summary:
Property Manager needed for 120-unit family apartment property in the Brighton area.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Candidates must be proficient with Microsoft office products to include Word, Excel & Outlook.
Experience working with OneSite or Yardi property management software is also a plus.
Experience with LIHTC section 42 or, section 8 is preferred.
Good communication skills are highly important, both in-person and over electronic mediums.
Education or Formal Training:
High school diploma or equivalent.
On-going training in LIHTC compliance, Fair Housing and other topics as necessary.
Experience:
Previous apartment management experience of at least 1 year is necessary.
Assistant Apartment Manager experience of at least 2 years will qualify for consideration.
Working Environment:
Management offices are typically busy and require organization, attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
Most work will occur indoors, however, frequent trips walking the property will be required on a daily basis.
Hours are generally Monday thru Friday.
Physical Activities:
Sitting.
Standing.
Walking.
Climbing stairs.
Carrying light to moderate weight items.
May occasionally be required to assist others with their workload.
Must be able to pass a drug screening and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation is required to fulfill the needs of this position.
