You will cast the vision, build the team, and grow a world-class ministry that will reach and engage families from all over Denver and beyond.
Role Oversee the entire Kids Ministry of New Hills from birth-5th grade.
Drive all recruiting and volunteer development.
Build and iterate all key systems around engaging new and existing kids and families at New Hills Set the direction and strategy for programming and events.
Oversee staff and financials for the ministry.

Qualifications Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and lead a team of volunteers and staff in the Kids Ministry program.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, volunteers, and other stakeholders.
Experience in event planning to organize and execute various activities and programs for children.
Previous experience working with children to understand their needs, behaviors, and developmental stages.
Ability to mentor and support volunteers and staff in their roles within the Kids Ministry program.
Teaching experience to develop and implement educational programs that cater to the needs of children in the ministry.
