The job duties are as follows:
Bookkeepingusing Open Systems thisincludes, A/P, A/R, Payroll and Purchasing; Maintainoffice filing system including employees records;Answer phones; File allPayroll reports and sales tax reports; General clericalduties, filing and data entry;Incoming mail; Order office supplies; Other duties asrequested.
The job requirements are:
3 years experience in a bookkeeping position;High school diploma or GED, some college preferred;Able to handle a fast-passed environment; Knowledge of Office, Excel and Outlook;Self-motivated and work with little supervision; Have reliable transportation; Able to read, write and speakEnglish fluently; Display and maintain a high level ofintegrity and confidentiality;Communication skills both written and oral; Strongcustomer service skillsnecessary; Able to type 40 wpm; Knowledge of Open Systems Accounting System would be helpful, but notrequired; Agriculture background would be helpful, but not required; Able to pass a pre-employment drug screenThis is a FT position, our hours are M-F 8am to 5pm.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
