Executive Assistant

Executive Assistant Needed for fast, growing real estate company. Must be positive, punctual, professional and able to handle competing priorities. Responsibilities will vary so we are looking for someone who can multi task and is up for a challenge. We have a lot of agents in our office so we are looking for someone to help manage all of the agents. Requires strong computer and internet research skills. Also calls for flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors.
-Conserves executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications.
-Maintains executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
-Welcomes appointments by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering and/or directing inquiries.
-Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
-Completes projects by assigning work to clerical staff; following up on results.

This position's hours are 8:
00 am to 5:

Starting pay rate is based on current and/or past experience. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
